The 865-member Coushatta Tribe owns and operates Coushatta Casino Resort, the largest casino in Louisiana with 2,800 gaming machines and 70 table games, employing 2,400 people.
Coushatta Casino Resort will launch Rush Street Interactive’s (RSI) social product, which is the same technology that drives its real-money gaming sites and omni-channel retail sportsbooks.
RSI’s Casino4Fun will take Louisiana’s largest resort online with a catalogue of over 300 online slots, table games, and live dealer titles, as well as a sportsbook. An online, social casino site serves to heighten Coushatta’s player acquisition, engagement and retention.
“Our new website delivers social casino gaming excitement directly to our guests’ fingertips — anytime, anywhere,” Scott Sirois, general manager at Coushatta Casino Resort, said in a statement. “With hundreds of casino games available on the website, some with the option of interacting with a live dealer, this brings us to a new level of guest service in the gaming industry.”
Given the platform is built on the same technology as Rush Street’s real-money gaming websites and sportsbooks, the offering can act as a segue. In addition to helping casino operators extend their brands and player databases, while channeling visits to their brick and mortar casinos, integrating the technology makes for a seamless real-money conversion in the future.
Casino4Fun allows adopters “to position themselves early for success once online gaming is legalized in their state,” said Rush Street President Richard Schwartz.
“This partnership will provide them with a powerful marketing tool to increase their current casino customer engagement, reactivate lapsed players, and acquire new customers cost-efficiently,” Schwartz added.
Another Tribe is partnered with RSI. In third quarter 2020, the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians plans to open its new retail sportsbook at its Northern Michigan casino resort. The Tribe has partnered with RSI to service its in-casino sportsbook, and forthcoming co-branded online sports betting and online casino statewide — the latter as soon as Michigan regulations allow.
The Casino4Fun is designed for land-based casino operators in the U.S. market. Chicago-based RSI’s Casino4Fun sites are currently supplied to Rivers Casinos in New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois, as well as a lottery partner.
