Yellow Brick Road Casino wasn’t among the first in the race to open a sportsbook in New York — but it’s certainly the largest at nearly 9,000-square feet. The Oneida Indian Nation-owned venue combines a custom-built 32-foot LED screen and more than 35 additional large-screen TVs, a full-service sports bar, betting windows and kiosks.
The Lounge with Caesars Sports at Yellow Brick Road Casino is designed to accommodate more than 250 sports fans. The sportsbook debuted just in time for Thursday’s NFL season opener.
Yellow Brick is the third venue in Central New York operated by the Oneida Indian Nation. The Tribe launched sportsbooks as its Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, and the Point Place Casino in Bridgeport, on August 1.
At this week’s grand opening event for the Lounge with Caesars Sports at Yellow Brick Road Casino, Ray Halbritter, Oneida Nation Representative and Nation Enterprises CEO, was joined New York State Senator Bob Antonacci, Madison County Chairman John Becker, and President of the Central–Northern New York Trades Council Greg Lancette. In honor of the community’s devotion to professional football, The Stampede, the official drumline of the Buffalo Bills, also participated in the grand opening event.
The Tribe also introduced six exclusive “Fan Caves,” which offer private lounge-style viewing areas with luxurious leather couches and chairs, guest controlled screens, and personal food and beverage service.
Sports fans enjoying games at any of The Lounge with Caesars Sports locations are also able to listen to any game being shown in the sports books by simply downloading the free “Listen Everywhere” app.
The Tribe’s relationship with Caesars Entertainment, unites fans of Turning Stone, Yellow Brick Road and Point Place Casino with those of Caesars. Players will be able to exchange and redeem their TS Rewards loyalty points, as well as have their player tier levels matched, for Caesars Rewards Points at all 54 Caesars properties around the world — with the same exchange available for Caesars players at Oneida Indian Nation properties. Caesars will also sponsor special player promotions and events at its new partner venues.
