The St. Croix Chippewa Tribe and Wisconsin Attorney General Brad Schimel have reached an agreement on full implementation of the Tribe’s hemp and cannabidiol (“CBD”) control program. The agreement establishes the first tribally-owned and operated hemp business in the Badger State, home to 11 federally recognized tribes.
