STILLWATER, OK – OnCue and Skydance Brewing introduce a limited-edition craft beer named OK Heritage Ale as part of OnCue’s local brewery collaboration series.
“As Oklahoma’s Native American craft brewery, we are very excited to collaborate with another Oklahoma original, OnCue, for this unique beer,” said Jacob Keyes, owner and brewer at Skydance Brewing.
OK Heritage Ale is an orange Belgian-style wit. The 6-packs will be at OnCue stores while supplies last.
“This beer has all the qualities of a light Belgian style wheat beer with orange peel and coriander, but with the addition of orange fruit puree to create the perfect beer to transition into spring,” said Keyes.
The can artwork features the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve in Osage County near Foraker, Oklahoma. Created by Kaity Faith, a graphic designer at OnCue, the illustration was digitally drawn by hand. “The color palette was pulled from our Oklahoma sunsets, creating eye-catching contrast that just feels like the land that we know and love,” said Faith.
“These special releases have been so fun for all of us,” said Laura Aufleger, president of OnCue. “Not only do we get to team up with innovative brewers, but we also get to support and feature Oklahoma’s amazing craft beer scene in our stores across the state.”
