A subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corp. (ASRC) has acquired an environmental consulting and construction management company with remediation expertise. Environmental Quality Management will join ASRC Industrial Services LLC’s Environmental Engineering and Professional Services operating group.
Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Environmental Quality Management (EQM) provides services throughout the United States, including in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest and California. Founded in 1990, the company serves a variety of end markets, focusing in the public sector (EPA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense), the steel industry, and the manufacturing sector. EQM also specializes in emergency response, site restoration, and emission measurement services.
